Chilled: Easy Platters

A unique introduction to the retail and foodservice market - extended life catering platter for; sandwiches, deli meats, cheeses or even fruit.

The premise of the Easy Platter is to provide additional convenience to the end user. The packs can be bought in advance and can be easily stored in the fridge for up to 21 days.

The ingenious double base and double dome packaging allows the platter to be compactly stored, yet professionally presented. 

When ready to use, simply remove from the fridge, then arrange using the two bases.  Once the air tight dome is locked in place, a further 24 hours of shelf life can be achieved in the fridge, or eight hours if left at room temperature.

The entire concept is designed to provide the end user with a convenient, time-saving and cost saving solution for prepared lunches.
