Jonathan Beach

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000.  Having initially worked in practice he moved into industry, 15 years of which have been in food manufacturing. In addition to the financial function, Jonathan also looks after IT.  Jonathan was a founding Director of Abbeydale Food Group.

SITE DIRECTOR

John has spent the last 30 years working in the food industry; holding positions within both retail & food manufacturing businesses. Roles have included positions within operations, technical and R&D functions. John has a comprehensive knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes with extensive experience in meat manufacture and it’s further processing. His current responsibilities cover all aspects of the sites management; driving operational improvements and implementing strategic business plans alongside the management of the production, technical, engineering and planning & logistics functions across the site.

Richard Firth

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Over his 30 years in the food industry Richard has worked for some of the biggest Companies and brand names.  He has experience across both branded and Own label sales in frozen, chilled and ambient across all sales channels.  Richard heads up our sales team as well as NPD and purchasing.

Following her graduation from Manchester Met, Jo worked in Technical for one of the big grocery retailers. On moving to Scotland she crossed into food manufacturing in technical roles before switching to procurement.  Jo has worked in purchasing for a number of chilled businesses including a large sandwich manufacturer.

Having over 20 years of experience within the food industry, James returned to the UK from the USA in 2015 to dedicate his passion for food to manufacturing. He is a dedicated sales professional working across multiple foodservice/B2B sectors with emphasis on providing the highest level of service to his clients.

David has over 10 years’ experience in FMCG working on some of the biggest brands in the UK selling across several channels as well as experience with challenger brands and many NPD launches. David is now specialising in the wholesale, cash & carry, retail convenience and discount channels as well as managing our chilled snacking portfolio.
